Our history: from workshop to industrial ambition
Originally founded under the name Electro-fusion, our company has evolved over the years to adapt to the needs of its customers and the challenges of the market. What began as a surface finishing, restoration, and welding service accessible to all quickly established itself as a trusted player in custom metal fabrication, particularly for the industrial sector.

Fondée à l’origine sous le nom d’Électro-fusion, notre entreprise a évolué au fil des années pour s’adapter aux besoins de ses clients et aux défis du marché. Ce qui a débuté comme un service de finition de surface, restauration et de soudure accessible à tous s’est rapidement imposé comme un acteur de confiance dans la fabrication métallique sur mesure, notamment pour le secteur industriel.
In 2019, under the leadership of our current team, we made a strategic shift by adopting an agile, structured, and responsive B2B model.
Our ambition: to become an extension of our customers’ operations by offering them a reliable, rigorous, and committed partnership.
This transition has enabled us to:
- optimize our processes,
- double our production capacity,
- and obtain CWB 47.1 and 47.2 certifications, guaranteeing our compliance with the highest industry standards.
To support our development, in 2024 we acquired Métaux Ouvrés St-Michel, an iconic wrought metal company founded in 1954. Renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacture of architectural steel elements for the residential and commercial markets, Métaux Ouvrés St-Michel perpetuates exceptional craftsmanship, passed down from generation to generation.
This integration was a natural strategic choice: our expertise complements each other, our values converge, and our shared vision reinforces our commitment to quality and precision. It broadens our scope of activity and consolidates our ability to carry out complex, customized projects where every detail counts.

Dans cette cour, nous accueillons et envoyons les matériaux grâce à une flotte de camions qui nous facilitent la livraison et toute la logistique.
Nous avons la capacité de stocker vos pièces métalliques en toute sécurité, peu importe leur taille, grâce à notre aire intérieure d’entreposage. Ce qui nous facilite le pilotage de votre projet.
La manipulation des pièces métalliques de grandes dimensions est facilitée par nos équipements conçus pour prendre en charge des matériaux de grandes tailles allant jusqu’à 5 tonnes.
